How can I withdraw funds from my account?

Once you’re logged in, on your account’s dashboard, you will find an option to withdraw funds. Proceed, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm the withdrawal request. Your request will be processed within the stated time frame.

Do you charge any fees for the withdrawals?

No! Seven Star FX does not charge any fees on withdrawals. There’s no fee on deposits either.

How will you transfer the money?

We offer multiple withdrawal methods. At the time of making a withdrawal request, you can choose any method and we will move forward with the preference.

Why have I not received my funds yet?

In some rare cases, your fund can take more than five business days to reach your account. There could be several reasons for that. Maybe you provided incorrect information, your payment provider declined the fund, or there could be regulatory issues. In such cases, please connect with your bank to locate the fund. Also, at the same time, connect with us; we would provide you with a withdrawal receipt that you can produce to your bank.

  • Withdrawals are handled within 48 hours of the working day (Monday to Friday). Any request made of weekends or holidays will be handled the next business day. Similarly, if your request is made after working hours, it would be handled the next business day.
  • For refunds, we send the sum back to the source of the original deposit. After all the refunds are clear, you can choose the desired withdrawal option from the dashboard for further withdrawals.
  • Seven Star FX doesn’t charge any withdrawal fee. However, the intermediary bank or other payment providers may charge a fee.
  • Seven Star FX does not cover any bank’s fees.
  • In some rare cases, it can take up to 10 days for the withdrawn amount to reach your account due to possible issues on your bank’s end.
  • At our own discretion, we may ask the user to submit supporting documents before we process the withdrawal request.
  • We do not process withdrawals to third parties. Make withdrawal requests to the verified bank account that’s in your name.
