Market Wrap: Stocks, Bonds, Commodities<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Wall Street closed lower on Monday for a\u00a0fourth straight session\u00a0with Nasdaq leading declines as investors shied away from riskier bets, worried the Federal Reserve’s tightening campaign could push the US economy into a recession.<\/p>\n

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 162.92 points to 32,757.54, the S&P 500 lose 0.90% to 3,817.66 and the Nasdaq Composite subtract 159.38 <\/span>points to 10,546.03.<\/p>\n

MSCI\u2019s index of Asia-Pacific stocks outside Japan is decline 1.33% to 613.52 levels. The Australian index was lower by 1.54% to 7,024.30. Japanese Nikkei Index lose 2.46% today.<\/p>\n

European stocks were positive on Tuesday, with the Stoxx Europe 50 Index rose 0.19% to 3,811.24, Germany’s DAX gain 0.36% to 13,942.87, and France’s CAC advance 0.32% to 6,473.29, and U.K.’s FTSE 100 add 0.40% to 7,361.31.<\/p>\n

Benchmark 10-year U.S. Treasury fell as demand for safe assets ascend again, today 10-year bond yields are positive 1.90% to 3.651.<\/p>\n

Oil prices rose on Monday, as optimism around China relaxing its COVID-19 restrictions outweighed fears of a global recession that would weigh on energy demand.<\/p>\n

Spot Brent crude oil fell 0.10% to $79.72 per barrel. US West Texas Intermediate crude is up 0.12% to $75.29 a barrel.<\/p>\n

The yellow metal gold is advance 0.34% to 1,803.85 dollars per ounce.<\/p>\n

Market Wrap: Forex\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

European stock markets are expected to open lower Tuesday as investors assess the interest rate outlook for 2023 in the wake of the Bank of Japan moving to end its super-easy monetary policy, the last in the developed world.<\/p>\n

Today, the U.S. dollar index measures the Greenback against a trade-weighted basket of six major currencies, which slipped 0.49% to 103.835.<\/p>\n

The Euro US Dollar (EUR\/USD) is a widely traded pair that is up 0.04% today. This left the pair trading around $1.0609.<\/p>\n

The Japanese yen was negative against the U.S. dollar on Tuesday. Today USD\/JPY is drop 3.27% to the 132.40 level.<\/p>\n

Another commodity-related currency negative against the U.S dollar, AUD\/USD fell 0.64% to 0.6656, and NZD\/USD lose 0.55% to 0.6330 level.<\/p>\n
